We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our Leadership Team.

Roles and Responsibilities
-Work with Leadership Team to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring that operational plans and initiatives are aligned with overall goals.
-Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and internal controls that ensure the smooth running of the business.
-Manage and optimize the company's resources, including Client Services, Business -Development, Talent Acquisition/Staffing, and technology, to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
-Build and lead a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture.
-Analyze and evaluate operational data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
-Position the company to achieve financial goals through active client delivery and business development activities while employing sound financial management practices.
-Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
-Mentoring directors and senior staff members and establishing connections between performance success and rewards.
-Achieve goals each year for fiscal revenue, retention, and new growth. 

Demonstrated Experience
-Strong communication skills and proven ability to create a culture where employees are
motivated to succeed through collaboration, clear and open communication, and transparency.
-Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing organization of geographically distributed resources, and set clear priorities to achieve organizational objectives and key results.
-Ability to effectively provide mentorship and development of senior staff, including formulation of individual goals, objectives, and measures of success.
-Proven ability to provide direction and oversee the overall scope of initiative, including
strategic/tactical planning, budgeting, implementation, maintenance, administration, staffing, and logistics.
-Successful delivery of activities that ensure on-time delivery with both engineering and
operational excellence, while complying with all standards and best practices.
-Proven record of implementing continuous improvements to business and risk management
practices.
-Strong understanding of contracts, program management, compliance, and security.
-Demonstrated ability to build, engage, and empower a leadership team and an established
workforce to include talent management and development.
-Applicants must hold and maintain an active security clearance; therefore, US Citizenship is required, and TS/SCI candidates are preferred.
