CACI is seeking a cleared Executive Assistant to support an Army Product Manager (PdM) Office of over 100 personnel located on Ft. Belvoir, VA. You will provide senior level administrative and travel support, supporting O5 US Army PdM and DPdM. An active DOD Secret security clearance is required. This position is full time onsite at Ft. Belvoir (Monday - Friday 0800 to 1700).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Executive and Program Administrative Support
- Manage and prioritize PdM and DPdM's calendars - deconflict high level meetings and synchronize with Depute PdM, program Directors, and higher echelons.
- Maintain the PMO Battle Rhythm - track reoccurring syncs, status reviews, deliverables deadlines, and leadership touchpoints.
- Draft, edit, and route official correspondence, briefings, and decision memos in accordance with AR 25-50 and PMO SOPs.
- Coordinate meeting agendas and prepare meeting minutes. - - Manage controlled unclassified information (CUI), acquisition sensitive data, and internal program documentation per DoDI 5200.48.
- Maintain PdM continuity binders, organizational charts, and functional desk books.
- Support visitor coordination, escort duties, and Army protocol arrangements for senior and VIP guests. - Coordinate DTS authorizations/vouchers, travel itineraries, and read a heat packets for site visits, industry days, and conferences
- Manage in a ccordance with Joint Travel Regulations using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Prepare, route, and track travel authorizations and vouchers in accordance with JTR and DoD policy.
- Ensure correct LOA, cost estimates, and justification narratives are entered for each trip.
- Verify itinerary accuracy - flight times, lodgings, rental cars, and per diem rates before approval.
Track travel card (GTCC) compliance for the organization and report delinquencies and anomalies. - Leadership and Communication Liaison
- Serve as the first point of contact between the LTC and senior stakeholders, Vendors, and contractors.
- Filter and prioritize communication, ensuring leadership is briefed before engagements.
- Draft executive summaries, meeting notes, and talking points; capture decisions and distribute to relevant leads.
- Coordinate information flow between functional Leads (Acquisition, Engineering, Cyber, Test, Budget, Logistics, and higher echelons).
- Ensure the LTC's intent and direction are relayed accurately and tracked through completion.
- Manage task trackers and ensure suspense is met across the staff.
- Keep the LTC informed of upcoming suspense, correspondence awaiting signatures, and tasker deadlines.
- Track key deliverables to higher echelons. - Technical and Professional Proficiency
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and task management tools.
- Understand Army Acquisition and AR 25-50 processes.
- Apply discretion, confidentiality, and executive level judgement in sensitive communication.
- Possess expert written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting final ready products for senior signature.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- High School Diploma and 10 years' relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree AND 5 years' relevant experience
- Proficient with Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Proven ability to manage high volume calendars, taskers, and correspondence in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communications skills are essential.
