ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Business Analyst - Journeyman with an active Secret clearance or higher to support the U.S. Army AI Flow initiative under the Software Engineering Center. This position directly assists Army communications, user engagement, and system adoption efforts by developing outreach campaigns, supporting briefings, and collecting user feedback to refine system performance and awareness.
This is an on-site role embedded with the AI Flow Team, supporting daily coordination with leadership, development staff, and users to ensure the successful rollout of new AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the AI Flow technical team and end users.
- Coordinate content creation, video tutorials, and user outreach campaigns.
- Track and report on user adoption, KPIs, and engagement metrics.
- Facilitate customer feedback sessions and maintain communications calendars.
- Assist with user documentation, event scheduling, and leadership briefings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred or 4+ additional years of work experience in lieu of degree.
- 7 years of Business Analyst or related experience within the last 10 years.
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Army communications, product launches, or strategic messaging.
- Familiarity with Teams, PowerPoint, and data-driven engagement tracking.
- Ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable improvements.
