Position Responsibilities:
GRVTY's mission-focused team is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to help modernize and optimize data processing and exploitation systems. You'll apply model-based engineering and digital design methods to align evolving AI/ML and data analytics capabilities within a cohesive, future-ready architecture.

Position Responsibilities:
GRVTY's mission-focused team is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to help modernize and optimize data processing and exploitation systems. You'll apply model-based engineering and digital design methods to align evolving AI/ML and data analytics capabilities within a cohesive, future-ready architecture.
- Develop and maintain system models and architectures that describe complex data and analytic workflows.
- Collaborate with software and data teams to translate mission requirements into functional system designs.
- Evaluate system performance, data flow, and interface definitions to improve processing efficiency.
- Support R&D efforts in AI/ML integration, tool validation, and system interoperability.
- Contribute to documentation, reports, and presentations that guide future capability development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with model-based systems engineering tools (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody, or SysML/UML modeling).
- Strong understanding of system lifecycle development and data architecture design.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GEOINT or ISR mission systems.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components into operational architectures.
- Knowledge of digital engineering and model validation techniques.
