The Work
• Analyze and annotate sensitive datasets for AI model training in classified environments.
• Develop, tune, or evaluate ML models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to improve mission readiness and predictive analytics.
• Design and deploy edge AI or cloud-based systems within secure architectures (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
• Conduct red-teaming, model validation, and bias testing under DoD and NIST frameworks.
• Provide expert insight on AI ethics, scalability, and system integration for national defense applications.
Qualifications
You’re sharp, cleared, and capable. Whether you’re early-career or a seasoned expert, you know how to get things done in secure environments.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI required).
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (Python, R, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with secure development, containerization, and data pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Spark).
• Optional but valuable: AWS, CISSP, CEH, Security+, or other DoD 8570 certifications.
• Detail-oriented, mission-driven, and effective working independently on time-sensitive tasks.
