Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Incident Manager (Jr.) to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.

The Incident Manager requires experience with identifying emerging incidents and ensuring their prompt resolution. As the Incident Manager, your primary focus is coordinating responses between technical teams during a service disruption in order to address and solve service failures as quickly and effectively as possible. You will directly work with the subject matter expert (SME) of the malfunctioning system to develop potential solutions. Upon resolution, as the Incident Manager, you will work with your team to establish procedures to prevent future incidents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of IT incidents, from detection to resolution, ensuring efficient service restoration and minimal disruptions.
- Monitor systems to detect disruptions, prioritize incidents, and coordinate response teams for timely resolution.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders, escalate critical incidents, and maintain transparency throughout the process.
- Identify root causes, analyze data, and implement strategies to prevent future incidents and improve system reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of incident activities and share reports with insights, trend analyses, and recommendations.
- Drive process improvements, modernize tools, and document plans to mitigate recurring issues and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate collaboration among technical resources, ensure follow-up actions like change tickets, and continuously refine the incident management process.
- Potential to work shifts during exercises.
You MUST have:
- 1+ years of experience in IT Operations support.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in support of two or more of the following technical areas: Windows Servers Systems, Unix Systems, Networking, Storage, Citrix, server virtualization, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Database Administration (DBA) (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server), application software support, network, and application monitoring.
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or higher is required.
It's GREAT if you also have:
- ITIL v4 certification or obtain within 4 months.
Education:
- High School Diploma with 4 years of experience OR AA + 2 yrs of experience OR BS + 0 years of experience
