ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Software Developer - PowerApps (Intermediate) with an active Secret or higher clearance to support the SEC's modernization of Army business systems through the Microsoft Power Platform. This position focuses on building intuitive applications, automations, and dashboards that streamline workflows and improve mission efficiency. This position works as part of a collaborative, multi-platform Low-Code Center of Excellence (LCCoE) team that includes Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and Army Vantage developers. Team members share best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and support integrated modernization projects across the Army enterprise.
You will collaborate closely with analysts and other developers to deliver custom solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint integrations.

Responsibilities
- Develop responsive PowerApps tailored to user and mission requirements.
- Implement Power Automate flows for process automation and system integration.
- Design Dataverse tables and manage data connectivity to enterprise systems.
- Conduct user testing, debugging, and updates to deployed apps.
- Document system design, configuration, and security compliance artifacts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical field.
- 2+ years of experience with software development and Power Platform.
- Experience with PowerApps formulas, connectors, and APIs.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online and SQL integration.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft PL-400 or PL-100 certification.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or Appian integration.
- Experience developing solutions for DoD or Federal customers.
