Kastellum seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst to support USSOCOM.
The CI Analyst provides timely, cogent, and relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and accurately document and report CI indicators or concerns. Coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, de-conflict information of value between sections, and independently produce reports. Research, create, develop, and deliver professional multi-media and written reports; receive Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports, participate in reviews, and respond with corrective measures as necessary. Develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest. Research, develop, and present CI products at the operational and strategic levels utilizing multiple CI and HUMINT reporting tools on SIPR and JWICS systems. Manage Source data information within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System as well as participate in Asset Validation Panels and provide accurate, in-depth CI reviews of all active assets. Maintain familiarity with signature reduction training standards and processes; assist the command in determining the appropriate use of signature reduction techniques and ensure all standards are met before signature reduction techniques are applied.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Requirements: Counterintelligence Analyst shall possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) years of experience as a Counterintelligence Agent of equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on source operations
- Graduate of Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course, service, or interagency equivalent
- Experience conducting CI threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, and route reconnaissance
- Experience collaborating with joint and federal agencies on emerging trends and threats in the area of operation
- Experience with Digital Network Intelligence, Call Chain analysis, Computer Network Operations, Cyber Analysis, and SIGINT for acquiring, identifying, reporting and processing multiple mission types
- Knowledge of SIGINT collection and processing, computer protocols, and communications technologies
- Ability to display ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts
- Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible with a CI polygraph
- Must possess a valid US passport
- Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
- Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract
