Position Summary: The part-time Assistant Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the ADAC Arctic research project, providing administrative and logistical support to the project manager and team in support of the DHS Center of Excellence for Homeland Security in the Arctic. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in science or math, and a technical background coupled with strong organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for helping achieve the overall success of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation in the SharePoint Site, ensuring access for all stakeholders
- Schedule follow-up meetings using email and Microsoft Teams
- Create professional email communications with stakeholders
- Support budget tracking with the program control analyst
- Create meeting minutes and action items using the project tracker
- Provide writing support and review of the deliverables, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Club and/or extracurricular leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timelines.
