Duties
As a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-09, you will plan, organize, review, evaluate and supervise the work of the branch office and to perform analysis of supply procedures, services, directives and management functions of the branch.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE :
Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE :
1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures. Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting supply directives and procedures. Must have experience in analyzing recommendations and issuing written or verbal instructions to insure units achieve maximum readiness posture. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
Education
If using education to qualify,
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

- Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day.
