Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst – Mid to support mission-critical programs in a dynamic, Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing product backlogs, and supporting cloud IT acquisition and business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Document detailed specifications, workflows, and user stories to guide development teams.
Manage and prioritize user tickets, collaborating with developers and leadership to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring high-value features are clearly defined and prioritized for each sprint.
Support program requirements in areas such as:
Cloud IT acquisition
Web communication
Business management and scheduling
Critical path analysis
Support requirement analysis
Conduct impact studies, cost/benefit analyses, and dependency modeling.
Apply project tracking methodologies to ensure program success and efficiency.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of SAFe Agile Principles
Project & Collaboration Tools:
Jira for issue tracking and sprint planning
Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing
