ASRC Federal Technology Solutions (AFTS) is seeking a Change Management Analyst with consolidation experience, preferably in a federal government/government contracting environment. AFTS was recently awarded the FCC Contact Centers Support Services program with a mission to consolidate three (3) disparate Contact Centers into a single, more effective, coherent whole that aligns with the FCC's (Federal Communications Commission) organizational goals. This role will be primarily on-site in Gettysburg, PA, engaging with stakeholders but has some opportunity for remote work.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, organizational development or leadership but all degrees will be considered).
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or communications.
  • Permanent Residency or US citizenship is required to obtain the federal government Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience consolidating independent contact centers is desired/a strong plus.
  • Experience developing assessments, change management strategies and providing solutions to barriers such as resistance, ambiguity, etc.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, providing progress to corporate leadership and agency leadership.
  • Experience utilizing the training function provided to achieve a high-functioning, single-minded contact center.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and assess organizational readiness for change.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and leadership to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Support communication planning, content development, and delivery to promote awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track and report change adoption, utilization, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Identify risks and resistance related to change efforts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure open communication and alignment.
