Background:
• The O&M requirements for the Primary Core and Secondary Core (DSR) include maintenance and operations, with limited engineering, logistics, programmatic support, and facility support.
• The current architecture for TACCOM equipment at each Core location alternates the live connectivity from the field between the two sites.
• This equipment includes a 2020 HS Astro Core System with Dynamic System Resilience (DSR), a KMF and MCC7500 operator positions.
Requirements:
• During the time that a given Core location is not the live connection to the field, the personnel assigned to it will perform other O&M responsibilities, including updating firmware/software, data entry into the Key Management Facility (KMF), support to blitzes in the field, and deploying to the field locations to support other O&M activities and blitzes.
• Shall perform cryptographic key management of encryption keys in support of the ICE TACCOM options in specified locations.
• Note that Customer intends to upgrade the core equipment to future software releases and the contractor shall be proficient in these future releases.
• This staffing will provide shiftwork to support 24/7 operations at the CORE facilities.
Qualifications/Experience of CORE System Administrators include a. CORE Administrator desired to have at least 2 years' experience managing a Motorola Core along with the following minimum training:

• Intelligent Middleware (IMW) Operations and Administration (RDS2025)
• ASTRO® 25 Security Patch Management (AST2001V)
• ASTRO® 25 IV&D Radio System Administrator Workshops (AST4102)
• ASTRO® 25 IV&D System Core Workshop (AST4103)
• ASTRO25 IV&D System Overview (AST1038)
• ASTRO® 25 IV&D Secure Communications Workshop (AST4207)
• ASTRO® 25 IV&D Dynamic System Resilience (ACS715023)
• System Overview for ASTRO® 25 IV&D Information Assurance (ACS715211) • MCC 7000 Series Dispatch Consoles Overview (CON014)
• MCC 7000 Series Dispatch Consoles Workshop (CON012)
• ASTRO® 25 IV&D Domain Controller Administration (AST2015)
Will assist Customer with the CORE User Management, CORE applications support, CORE server maintenance, and assist with planning, engineering, optimization, redundancy, and migration to new software platforms/architectures. Vendor will provide system Monitoring, report system outages, troubleshoot and resolve system outages, coordinate and assist with scheduled and unscheduled system maintenance and rollovers to DSR sites.
