ASRC Federal is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (O&M Support, Jr) to support an upcoming contract in Reston, VA.
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid-primarily onsite)
Clearance: Public Trust - successful complete a government background investigation

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues in a call center or help desk environment, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes for end users.
- Provide support for software and hardware installation, usage, and training.
- Apply customer service expertise and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve user problems.
- Document internal procedures and maintain accurate records of support activities.
- Assist with onboarding new users, including setup and orientation.
- Support inventory management of equipment, software, and software licenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; additional work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support or a related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
