TITLE: Principal Integration & Test Engineer with active TS/SCI
CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph
RATE RANGE: $74/hr - $92/hr **depends on experience and benefits chosen**
LOCATION: 100% onsite in Aurora, CO 80011 (no relocation package)
DURATION: 12+ month contract or contract to hire

Are you ready to take on a high-impact role supporting a premier satellite ground system capture effort? We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Integration and Test Engineer to provide leadership and direction to Agile software development teams on a large-scale satellite ground system pursuit. Your in-depth knowledge of integration and software testing will be critical to driving program success and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
This position is onsite in Aurora, CO, supporting preliminary design effort to develop the next generation of satellite mission management and command and control systems. In this role, you will serve as the Integration and Test Engineer responsible for ensuring proper verification and validation of the system prior to its release into operations.
RESPONSIBLITIES
The Integration and Test Engineer will execute the program's test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation.
Collaborate with senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution.
Lead a mixed team of employees, subcontractors, and leased labor in support of regression testing, verification, and validation efforts.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience as an integration and/or test engineer in a software development environment.
Experience with trouble shooting and discrepancy reports.
Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Polygraph after start.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, JIRA)
Experience with Automated test tools; Cucumber
Experience with POSTGRES DB
Experience with Linux Operation system
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience with Python scripting
Experience in a large software lifecycle development
Experience with Mission Management as it pertains to Ground Systems
Experience with one of the following: System Engineering, Software Architecture, System Architecture
Experience with Containerization
Experience with Cloud Computing
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor Degree Preferred
