Volt is immediately hiring for “Integration & Test Engineer ENG05” in “Aurora CO”.
You will do:
• As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for executing the program’s test strategy, which includes test process development, baseline definition, test architecture design, and full system verification and validation.
• You will collaborate with internal leadership, government stakeholders, and technical experts to support end-to-end system development and test execution. This role is critical in ensuring delivery of high-quality, mission-ready software systems.
This is a 12 month with possible extension opportunity.
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• 8+ years of professional experience in system integration and testing within a software development environment
• Strong background in troubleshooting, system-level testing, and managing discrepancy reports
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with automated test tools (e.g., Cucumber)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases
• Proficient in working within Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting
• Background in large-scale software lifecycle development
• Exposure to Mission Management concepts in Ground Systems
• Understanding of System Engineering, Software Architecture, or System Architecture
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and environments
Pay Rate:- $85/hr.-$92/hr.
