Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to join a long-term federal program supporting both the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. This position is based onsite in Gulfport, MS, and offers the opportunity to provide critical IT support to military installations across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, laptops, and peripheral devices
Perform printer resets and hardware troubleshooting
Manage user accounts and access issues
Deliver excellent customer service to end users
Resolve trouble tickets in a timely and efficient manner
Required Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Security+ Certification (CompTIA)
Minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience
Strong background in hardware troubleshooting and end-user support
Compensation:
$27/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
