Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years ServiceNow administration/development experience.
- Tools/Software: ServiceNow Admin modules, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs.
Training and Certifications:
- CSA certification required; Implementer or Developer certifications preferred.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
