Configuration Manager
The Configuration Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing configuration control processes to ensure system consistency across all baselines and environments. This role manages the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate discovery and service mapping of assets. Duties include maintaining version control, tracking release packages, and coordinating with development and operations teams for release readiness. The Configuration Manager also performs configuration audits, manages baseline changes, and ensures compliance with enterprise change and release management standards. This position ensures that all deployed capabilities are fully documented, traceable, and recoverable in support of mission operations.

Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of configuration or release management experience in IC/DoD environments.
- Experience managing CMDB accuracy and integrity.
- Strong understanding of baseline control and version management.
- Tools/Software: ServiceNow CMDB, Git, Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Training and Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
