Logistics / Property Manager
The Logistics/Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and contract assets to ensure accountability, accurate inventories, and compliance with property management standards. The role manages the full property lifecycle, including acquisition, assignment, movement, and disposition of equipment. This position supports classified facility logistics, coordinates deliveries and returns, and ensures documentation is complete and accurate. The Property Manager also develops asset tracking reports and assists with audits.

Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of property management/logistics support experience in IC/DoD environments.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Tools/Software: ServiceNow Asset Management, GFP Module, MS Excel, and inventory systems.
Training and Certifications:
- DAU CLM or equivalent property management training is desirable.
