Graham Technologies is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to support our customer. The selected candidate will design and deliver data-driven insights that inform HR and payroll operations. This role develops BI dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions that directly support federal decision-making and mission outcomes.
Location: Lakewood, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement BI dashboards, queries, and data models.
- Analyze data to produce actionable insights supporting HRD decisions.
- Support data warehouse operations and ETL processes.
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizen eligible to pass a federal background investigation (NACI).
- 7+ years in BI development and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and federal HR data standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAS and Power BI.
