Job Description
ECS is seeking a highly motivated Special Program GEOINT Analyst to work in our Springfield, VA office.

This offer is contingent upon Prime and government customer acceptance, validation of appropriate clearances, and approval from a cognizant government contracting officer. After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph.

ECS is looking for driven, detail-oriented GEOINT Analyst ready to make a direct impact on national security. You'll work on high-priority global operations, providing actionable intelligence using, imagery, spatially derived data and a variety of intelligence sources to synthesize intelligence using geospatial tools.

You'll be working in dynamic environment with NGA and their customers to close critical intelligence gaps in a purpose-driven, people focused environment. intelligence reporting using the GEOINT Enterprise. The analyst will leverage FMV, imagery and spatial analysis to support missions focused on political, diplomatic, military, and economic development. Your analysis will also aid in monitoring and assessing adversarial military order of battle, military development, and military operations.

The candidate must have previous experience in ABI tradecraft as well and the ability to produce finished products that adhere to NGA and DNI standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide analyses of targets of interest utilizing various platforms and all source (GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT)
  • Produce Imagery/GEOINT remarks, briefings, graphics, and other written reports as directed by the USG customer and Prime Onsite manager
  • Collaborate with mission center officers as directed by the USG and Prime On-site Lead to report project status, update findings, clarify analysis requirements and essential elements of information, verify required analysis periodicity and reporting threshold, attend meetings, and work
  • to maximize value to mission center's mission
  • Participate in meetings, and routine dialogues with all-source issues analysts, as directed
  • Provide GEOINT expertise as appropriate in support of all-source analysts to improve their skills,
  • Support GEOINT task collection, ensures context of analytic product meets the highest standards, and is consistent with GEOINT supported products
  • Assist with all source analyst research questions, present findings, and make suggestions on imagery studies research
  • Support value and limitations assessments of various imagery data provided in support of finished intelligence products
  • Produce draft imagery analytical reports using provide templates
  • Produce source and cited imagery products
  • Disseminate finished GEOINT products internally and externally to end users
  • Produce imagery analysis tailored products to requests for information.
  • Employ experience in imagery tasking, evaluation, analysis, data set generation and production processes, mission familiarity, geospatial modeling, adaptable and team oriented, and committed to deliver timely and accurate imagery analysis at the request of the USG customer
  • Produce and publish GEOINT analysis/reporting using the GETS system or other systems directed by the AOT and/or its partner's mission center lead
  • Deliver products including summary-type reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad-hoc reports, and daily briefing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • US Citizen; Must have an Active/current TS/SCI minimum clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain a Counter-Intelligence & Life Style Polygraph
  • 5+ years' of combined intelligence experience OR some college experience
  • Formal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.))
  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of GOEINT Intelligence experience
  • Must attain and pass a Full Lifestyle Poly.
  • Understand the basic intelligence cycle/process
  • Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen
  • Remote sensing expertise - EO, SAR, MASINT, IR, and LiDAR
  • Military Order of Battle Experience
  • Structured Observation Schema Development Experience
  • Cultural and/or Regional Expertise
  • Mission issue expertise (Military, Transnational, Targeting, Asymmetric Warfare, and Navigation)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to confront complex problems positively and creatively
  • Ability to balance multiple, competing priorities and execute accordingly
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills
  • Mid-Level understanding of National-level imagery product standards
  • Experience exploiting GEOINT with a Mid-Level understanding of sensor capabilities
  • Experience exploiting national imagery with a Mid-Level understanding of imagery analysis
  • During high-tempo operations, can relay and articulate information concisely
  • Can solve routine tasks of varying scope and complexity following Standard procedures
  • Mid to Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
