Graham Technologies is seeking a Sr. Applications Software Developer to support our customer. The selected candidate will design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications supporting human resources and payroll functions. This role will ensure high-quality code, adherence to security protocols, and technical excellence throughout the software lifecycle.
Location: Lakewood, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and maintain software for HRD enterprise systems.
- Support system integrations, data conversions, and web application enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional analysts to align system updates with business needs.
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizen eligible to pass a federal background investigation (NACI).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development (Natural, Java, SQL).
- Experience supporting large-scale HR or payroll systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Section 508 compliance testing.
- Experience with Control-M and Git.
