Graham Technologies is seeking an Applications Software Developer (SME) to support our customer. The selected candidate will serve as the senior technical authority responsible for developing and modernizing complex HR and payroll applications that support mission-critical federal systems. This role will lead the design, architecture, and integration of enterprise software solutions, ensuring compliance with government security and performance standards.
Location: Lakewood, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full life-cycle software development for HRD systems, including FPPS, Quicktime, and other administrative applications.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with DOI/IBC security and compliance standards.
- Implement secure APIs, perform modernization of legacy systems, and oversee software quality across all development teams.
- Mentor developers and lead complex modernization efforts.
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizen eligible to pass a federal background investigation (NACI).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise system development (Natural, Java, SQL).
- Experience in modernizing mainframe systems to open architectures.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Software AG NaturalOne, Control-M, or RACF security.
- Agile SAFe certification or equivalent.
