Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.

Essential Job Functions:
Nutanix expertise:
- Deep, hands-on experience with Nutanix Prism Central, Acropolis Operating System (AOS), and the Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV).
- Extensive knowledge of Nutanix software-defined storage, including replication, deduplication, and erasure coding.
Complementary technology experience:
- Virtualization: Strong background with other hypervisors like VMware ESXi.
- Cloud platforms: Hands-on experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including integrating Nutanix with public clouds like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Networking: In-depth understanding of networking concepts (layer 2/3) and advanced virtual networking with Nutanix Flow.
- Automation: Proficiency with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is often required, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience working with Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure in an enterprise-level environment.
- Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)
- Nutanix Certified Expert (NCX)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Desired/Preferred Skills:
- Other relevant certifications from vendors like VMware, Dell, AWS, or Microsoft are a plus.
