Team Leader-Telephone Liaison

The primary role of the Team Leader is to coach and mentor employees by providing guidance to ensure they are following the established guidelines put in place to meet contractual obligations. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group. specifically, the Telephone Liaisons Team.

Key Role/Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and feedback on work standards, practices and procedures.
  • Responsible for distributing updates and changes to work assignments or processes.
  • Monitor production, quality and other department standards or metrics.
  • Complete and maintain departmental reports.
  • Assist Operation Manager with employee or team performance, training assessments, employee
  • relations or other department and employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with Operation Manager on recommendations to achieve performance objectives,
  • and/or address deficiencies and function changes as necessary.
  • Lead the team in assessing strengths and weaknesses and provide direction in exploring
  • alternatives and process improvement ideas.
  • Set team goals and objectives by function.
  • Communicate work assignments to team members within specific functional area.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Position requires a high school diploma.
  • A minimum of three (3) years industry experience
  • Thorough knowledge of investigative functions.
  • Experience in an audit or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen/take direction.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer focused demeanor
  • The ability to plan, organize and multi-task is essential. Must be able to interpret procedure manuals, email correspondence and instructions.
  • Must have the ability to manage and complete work assignments independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule. Schedules are dependent on workload and will require availability outside of department core hours, which may include evening and weekends.
  • Must be willing to work on-site as needed.
  • Must consent to a government background investigation. Contract requires US citizenship, due to nature of work performed.
  • Must maintain required investigation level as required by position and contract requirements.
  • Work will be performed on-site at Iron Mountain- Boyers, PA, remote or a combination of both. Remote option may be temporary, or by approval from manager and customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must reside within 1 hrs.driving distance of Boyers, PA.


Work will be performed on-site at Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA and remote. Work location will be determined based on job function/workload needs and leadership approval.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the Government services industry is preferred.
  • Physical activities requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, finger
  • dexterity, grasping, feeling repetitive motion, walking and standing.
