Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead and oversee the execution of multiple concurrent security programs and projects across diverse customer environments.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with customer expectations, contractual obligations, and organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on program performance, risks, and milestones using standardized project management methodologies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customer leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Ensure cost-effective delivery of services while meeting quality and compliance standards.
- Track and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead a distributed team of security administrators and project managers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture across remote and on-site personnel.
- Ensure team adherence to security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure all programs comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to program execution, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience managing distributed teams and multi-site operations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large projects and budgets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- Hybrid/Remote with periodic travel to customer sites as required.
- Must be eligible to work in sensitive environments and pass background/security clearance checks.
