We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead a geographically distributed team of security administrative and project management professionals across multiple customer sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of security-related programs and projects, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and managing financial performance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery:
  • Lead and oversee the execution of multiple concurrent security programs and projects across diverse customer environments.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with customer expectations, contractual obligations, and organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, risks, and milestones using standardized project management methodologies.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customer leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of services while meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • Track and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead a distributed team of security administrators and project managers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture across remote and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure team adherence to security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all programs comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to program execution, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven experience managing distributed teams and multi-site operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large projects and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Work Environment:
  • Hybrid/Remote with periodic travel to customer sites as required.
  • Must be eligible to work in sensitive environments and pass background/security clearance checks.
