MUST HAVE 8 PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Support the Program Manager (Lead) in overseeing a large-scale Infrastructure Task Order distributed across multiple programs, directorates, and technical domains. Must sit onsite.
• Serve as a technical SME to develop, implement, and maintain program management governance frameworks in accordance with PMBOK principles.
• Create and maintain TO-level documentation, reporting, and briefings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency
• Support, and when required, lead customer-facing meetings, briefings, and program reviews.
• Provide leadership and direction to project leads and functional teams to ensure alignment with performance objectives.
• Manage and track deliverables, ensuring compliance with customer and contract requirements
• Identify any critical path items, mission impact, and required due dates as part of schedules, WBS documentation and briefings.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and team members to drive transparency, consistency, and accountability across programs.
• Develop and refine PowerPoint slides, data in excel, and briefing
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 8+ years of program/project management experience supporting DISA or other DoD Programs
• Demonstrated ability to co-manage cross-functional, multi-site teams and complex task structures.
• Proven experience developing technical and programmatic frameworks, process documentation, and management artifacts.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering PMBOK-aligned process frameworks and governance structures for customer programs.
• Strong understanding of PMBOK principles and ability to apply them in an operational environment.
• Experience developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project
