We are seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support a dynamic mission focused on analyzing global defense-related activities and resource infrastructures that shape national and organizational capabilities. This position contributes to the assessment of factors such as logistics, industrial capacity, energy systems, defense trade patterns, and operational environments supporting senior defense, policy, and acquisition stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducts in-depth research and analysis on the movement, acquisition, and distribution of defense-related systems and materials.
Develops and updates intelligence assessments, databases, and reports supporting national security and defense planning objectives.
Integrates information from multiple sources to produce complex, high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
Monitors and evaluates interactions, agreements, and exchanges between global entities related to defense cooperation and materiel distribution.
Identifies knowledge gaps and formulates collection requirements to enhance situational awareness and analytic rigor.
Applies innovative methodologies to validate findings and support evolving mission requirements.

Detects emerging trends within assigned domains and proposes forward-looking analytical initiatives.
Delivers written assessments and oral briefings for senior military and civilian leaders.
Engages with analysts and collectors across the Intelligence Community, Defense Department, and interagency partners to share insights and strengthen collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant analytic experience, or 7+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience producing all-source intelligence products and contributing to classified analytic databases.
Familiarity with Intelligence Community and Combatant Command operations.
Proven ability to develop polished, policy-ready intelligence reports and briefings for senior audiences.
Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain); willingness to complete a polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in defense systems analysis, materiel assessments, or global proliferation studies.
Experience using network analysis tools and data visualization platforms.
Working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems (energy, transportation, manufacturing).
Understanding of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
