Software Engineer – TS/SCI + CI Poly
A growing government technology partner is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to support mission-critical systems in a secure, fast-paced development environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful software solutions within a cleared infrastructure, contributing to both backend services and user-facing applications using modern tools and Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using object-oriented languages (C#, Java, or C++)
Collaborate with team members to define and implement technical solutions aligned with mission needs
Contribute to full-stack development, including potential work with SQL databases and React-based UIs
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, peer reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with government security standards
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI Poly (must be active prior to start)
Current Security Certification: Security+, SSCP, CISSP, or CASP
Experience with one or more of the following: C#, Java, C++
Familiarity with Agile development practices
Preferred: Experience with SQL and React
