đźÂ The Role
Weâre seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facility Security Officer to support our existing operational facilities in St. Louis, MO. The FSO will implement the industrial security program and ensure security requirements are met for the Westway St. Louis facility The FSO will ensure timely, effective, and professional responsiveness to customers and building tenants. Additionally, the FSO will assist with managing the Westway Security program to include administration, monitoring of the facility, management of security metrics, maintaining access databases, personnel security documentation including access rosters and security files, and other duties as required.
đŻÂ What Youâll Do
⢠Minimum 3+ years of experience as an FSO or related industrial security experience
⢠Document processes, program reviews, audits, and inspections independently
⢠Interpret government security policies and implement operations program
⢠Develop benchmarks for efficient security awareness and training
⢠Facilitate security briefings and creation both pre and post
⢠Maintain accreditation documentation for SCIFs and other secure spaces
⢠In-depth knowledge of government security policies (NISPOM, DoD directives, ICDs, DCIDs)

⢠Excellent communication and organizational skills
⢠A âcan-doâ attitude and team mindset
⢠NGA and/or NRO program security experience (preferred)
⢠Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems and Access Controls
⢠Experience conducting Security incident inquiries

⢠Must be a U.S. Citizen
⢠Active TS/SCI clearance
⢠Bachelorâs degree in security management or related field preferred
