Responsibilities:
As a Targeting Analyst on our team, you'll conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of Target Materials (TMs) for Electronic Target Folders (ETFs) across the EUCOM area of responsibility.

You'll focus on facilities, individuals, virtual targets, equipment, and organisations-identifying critical vulnerabilities and producing TMs that align with Joint Publications (JP), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions (CJCSI), and EUCOM SOPs. You'll collaborate with other IC partners, apply your subject matter expertise, and contribute to strategic and operational mission success through precision targeting.

Qualifications:

The requirements for this position are not substitutable with other intelligence experience; general intelligence experience will not be considered for this role. You must be willing to relocate to the United Kingdom within three months if selected for the position - this timeline is non-negotiable. Do no apply if you cannot meet both of these requirements.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including imagery exploitation and product creation
• 3+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst working with multi-source analytic tools
• 1+ years of experience conducting Intermediate Target Development (ITD)
• 1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AOR
• Experience working with partners across the Intelligence Community
• Experience using MIDB and MARS
• Knowledge of the DoD and IC targeting enterprise
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
• Current US Passport with at least 6 months before expiration
• TS/SCI clearance
• Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, OR
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, OR
• 10+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired:

• 1+ years of experience as a foreign disclosure representative
• Experience with data analytics and visualization
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or Joint Targeting cycle
• Knowledge of national or commercial imagery capabilities
• Familiarity with GEOINT tasking, collection processes, and protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing senior leadership
• Graduate of the Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
