The Associate Director, Product Deployment is responsible for driving the successful deployment, adoption, and integration of Product Digital Thread (PDT) capabilities across all strategic business units. They will ensure consistency in deployment efforts, track adoption metrics, and provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with business goals. They will partner with and guide a team of five Strategic Business Unit Champions, ensuring effective adoption management, metric reporting, and engagement with senior leadership, including SBU Presidents. They will also partner with the PDT Capability Leads, OCM, and the PDT Program to drive results. This role will also work closely with and manage the activities of an external vendor / consultant regarding program deployment to leverage industry best practices, strategic insights, and operational expertise in capability deployment and adoption. They are also responsible for driving benefits to programs and achieving the target savings for the Business.
What You Will Do
The Associate Director, Product Deployment, will work across the PDT Capability Teams, the SBU Champions, and the OCM team, to drive program deployment, adoption, and integration of PDT capabilities, thus driving benefit to the Business.
Must have ability to travel up to 25% to other US Domestic Raytheon locations as needed.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. What You Will Do

Program Deployment Leadership:

- Develop and execute deployment, adoption, and integration management plans, including capability analysis, stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training needs assessments
- Coordination across SBUs:
- Lead a team of five Strategic Business Unit Champions, ensuring effective adoption management, metric reporting, and engagement with senior leadership, including SBU Presidents.
- Strategy & Coordination:
- Develop and execute a structured deployment and adoption roadmap across business units.
- Manage the connection between technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless capability deployment, integration and adoption.
Adoption Management & Leadership:
- Drive deployment efforts and adoption strategies tailored to business needs by incorporating industry-leading adoption methodologies and tools.
- Build and manage a network of deployment champions across SBUs to facilitate program adoption and deployment, acting as key points of communication and support.
- Measure and track the progress of program deployment within each SBU, identifying risks and addressing gaps as they arise.
Deployment & Metrics Oversight:
- Develop, define, manage, and implement execution metrics and quantify the business impact of adoption of PDT capabilities to report value capture and ROI metrics.
- Lead activity for data collection, analysis, and corrective action on deployment progress, adoption rates, and business impact.
- Partner with consultant to benchmark adoption performance against industry standards and refine reporting practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Analyze and brief results on deployment, adoption, and integration reports, risks, and success stories in executive forums.
- Conduct assessments to determine deployment, adoption readiness.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience (Business, Program Deployment or a related field)
- Experience in Technology business processes and systems of record.

- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation and capability deployments within an organization
- Bachelor's Degree in technical or related field
