Overview:
Join the ITility team and make a difference! ITility seeks a talented Mission Support Specialist to provide administrative support, records, travel logistics, and visitor management within an office. This position is onsite at the Client location within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of an office in the agency.
- Provide administrative support, records, travel logistics, and visitor management.
- Provide broad operational support across multiple teams within an office ensuring the smooth execution of routine administrative functions and adapting to evolving organizational priorities.
- Manage administrative workflows, coordinate schedules, track assignments, and facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations.
- Maintain records, assist with document preparation, and support logistical requirements, including meeting coordination, visitor arrangements, and travel planning.
- Monitor task progression, provide status updates, and ensure the availability of administrative resources.
- Adapt to evolving organizational and mission priorities and provide responsive support to multiple teams.
- Additional duties as needed to support the mission.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret SCI Clearance and an Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Associate’s degree in business administration or similar field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required.
- Prior experience coordinating meetings, and visitors.
- Prior experience coordinating travel plans.
- Prior experience managing complex schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is typically performed in an office setting.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
- Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
