Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a cleared Principle Cyber Engineer to join a specialized team tackling offensive and defensive cyber challenges. This role involves building high-impact mobile applications while working directly with end users. You'll be expected to integrate reverse engineering insights into software and continuously expand knowledge of mobile platforms to meet mission needs. This is a fully onsite role in Sterling, VA . Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI Clearance.

Key Responsibilities for Principle Cyber Engineer Include:
- Develop high-impact mobile applications for Android and other platforms.
- Apply reverse engineering insights to software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet evolving mission needs.
- Continuously expand technical knowledge of mobile platforms and cyber tools.
- Operate within SCIF environments on-site in Sterling, VA.
Required Qualifications for Principle Cyber Engineer Include:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (non-negotiable; no interim clearances accepted).
- 8+ years of experience in C/C++ development on Unix/Linux using Make/CMake.
- Hands-on experience with Android or other mobile platforms .
- Proficiency with disassemblers and decompilers (e.g., Ghidra, HexRays).
- Experience with large open-source projects (e.g., AOSP).
- Leadership experience in technical teams.
- Knowledge of Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) methods on Android/Linux.
- Expertise in ARM64/ARM32 architecture .
- Experience in reverse engineering ARM binaries and developing proof-of-concept exploits.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, JIRA, Bamboo) and git .
Compensation for the Principle Cyber Engineer include:
- Salary Range: $115,000-150,000+ **depending on experience**
- Full Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
