We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems & Help Desk Administrator to support our growing operations and mission-critical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems and networks, while also providing direct end-user support to ensure operational efficiency. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a classified environment. đŻÂ What Youâll Do
⢠Maintain and monitor Windows/Linux servers, networks, and user systems
⢠Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, group policies and access control
⢠Perform system administration tasks such as patch management, software deployments,
system monitoring, and data transfers
⢠Install, configure, and update software and security patches
⢠Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with efficiency and care
⢠Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts across the organization
⢠Collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure security protocols and performance
⢠Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
đ§ Â What Youâll Bring
⢠Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education & experience)
⢠3+ years of system administration or help desk operations experience in a secure environment
⢠Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization
(VMware/Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals
⢠CompTIA Security+, or other IT-related certifications (preferred)
⢠Familiarity with SCCM, WSUS, or similar enterprise management tools
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills
đ Security Requirements
⢠Must be a U.S. Citizen
⢠Active TS/SCI clearance with poly (required)
⢠Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret (or higher) clearance
⢠Experience with DoD STIGs, RMF, or classified system administration a plus
