Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Operations Support Manager with demonstrated success in leading diverse cross functional teams to ensure business goals, timelines, and strategy are met. The Operations Support Manager will support Goldbelt Global, LLC by executing business functions in support of the three key avenues Product & Equipment Acquisitions, Emergency Management Services, and Full Spectrum Logistics Services.
The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Support Manager require a solid set of skills to lead and manage the Operation Support team and collaborate with stakeholders and management personnel to create a stable organizational infrastructure that supports business operations.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise the Operation's Support Team in fulfilling business objectives
- GSA Multi Award Schedule (MAS) Contract Administrator
- Responsibility for managing government contract administration and supporting management staff
- Ensure support for all aspects of proposal development, RFQ response, standard forms, Non-Disclosure Agreements, & teaming agreements
- Manage Facility Security Administrative Requirements (Assistant FSO)
- Manage Logistics Operations: Receive, Inventory, catalog, kit, palletize, and ship all deliveries to customers to include Inner/Inter-Company Shipping and Receiving
- Manage Day-to-day office business functions, and infrastructure
- Coordinate marketing materials for company personnel and select Industry events and Trade shows
- Ability to travel for meetings required (Not to exceed 25% of total quarterly work time)
- Perform additional tasks assigned
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to interact effectively with all business stakeholders to support operations
- Proficiency and expertise in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Deltek Costpoint
- Excellent oral and written communication
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in government contracting to include:
- Contract administration management
- 8(a) certification management
- ISO certification management
- Business development, price-to-win, strategy, capture, bid and proposal, color teaming
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
