Summary:
The B-2 Data System and Security Support Team Systems Administrator functions as part of an on-site team of contractor personnel supporting the USAF Integrated Functional Capability Branch, located in the B-2 Weapon System Support Center (WSSC) and provides Systems Administration of Windows-based computers and Windows-based applications.

Summary:
The B-2 Data System and Security Support Team Systems Administrator functions as part of an on-site team of contractor personnel supporting the USAF Integrated Functional Capability Branch, located in the B-2 Weapon System Support Center (WSSC) and provides Systems Administration of Windows-based computers and Windows-based applications.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Install, configure, and administer Windows servers, desktops and Linux servers.
- Install, configure, and administer desktop and server-based software applications provided by the B-2 WSSC Infrastructure Lead.
- Provide end user support as needed for computer and web account management and problem resolution.
- Work with other system administrators and AFLCMC/WBZ team members as needed to resolve inter-system issues.
- Work with the B-2 Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to identify and resolve any computer and Information System security issues.
- Recommend and implement quality improvement efforts.
- Manage daily tasking and priorities, participate in scheduled team meetings, and assist with assessment of requirements for software and database development and maintenance.
- Report activity weekly and monthly.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Windows Server Experience with troubleshooting, managing, and Hyper V or other virtualization.
- Basic scripting skills
- Basic understanding of networking.
- The ability to understand and implement DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) (System Hardening).
- Able to critically analyze and troubleshoot server hardware and software issues.
- Able to critically analyze complex issues and present solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- CompTIA, Security+, Client Support Administrator, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an IT Systems Administrator.
- Satisfy DODI 8570 requirements IAT Level II or IAM Level I.
- US Citizenship.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with military personnel, government civilian staff and technical experts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline.
- Eligible for Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Working knowledge of USAF B-2 Program constructs and USAF Training and Readiness.
- Troubleshooting skills pertaining to installing .Net applications, IIS, SQL, across multiple platforms.
