Responsibilities/Skills
• Maintain access to, and demonstrated proficiency with, IC/DoD data repositories, analytic tools, collaboration tools and visualization tools to understand/articulate overhead contributions to the SIGINT mission.
• Provide research and requirements development into future enemy Radio Frequency (RF) systems, Weapons Systems and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTPs).
• Review intelligence reports referencing next generation datalinks and long range weapons, which will support requirements and vignette maturation.
• Provide support to inform, educate and interact with key members of the IC and DoD.
• Provide support in developing and presenting program overview and capabilities briefings, such as supporting technical, programmatic, or graphics materials.
• Coordinate with and distribute material to internal and external management.
• Provide Outreach support matrixed to other offices within SIGINT and enable SPO engagement with industry and stakeholders via Contractor developed strategic communication material.
• Coordinate with DoD and IC SIGINT communities and Scientific and Technical Intelligence Centers and IC Agencies to remain cognizant of evolving mission requirements and to advocate and educate on the use of existing overhead systems capabilities with stakeholders and end users.
• Contribute to selection, refining, developing appropriate narratives, presenting ( as needed), and archiving SIGINT system and operational mission highlights in and for various venues, including but not limited to directorate and executive staff meetings and activity reports to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD (I&S) ), and International Affairs.
• Represent the Directorate at both ad hoc and recurring Agency working-level strategic planning and implementation working groups.
• Support Directorate engagements including briefings, participation in community studies, stakeholder working groups, and program-related education and training. In this context, "support" can include, but not be limited to, coordinate, facilitate, active participation, and preparing and presenting formal briefings.
• Develop and recommend innovative ways to measure, quantify, and illustrate the vital contributions of SIG INT systems to end users.
• Provide outreach support to the various SIGINT System Program Offices including but not limited to highlight generation, industry engagement, and strategic communications.
Education/Experience
Expected:
• Bachelor's degree in (STEM) technical, computer science, engineering, physics, or related field
• 10 years' experience in supporting SIGINT mission systems
• 10 years' experience with overseeing SIGINT communications
• 8 years' experience with collaborating and integrating with internal and external divisions, agencies, and international partners during mission crucial operations.

• Master's or PhD degree in (STEM) technical, computer science, engineering, physics, or related field Years of Experience
• 15 years' experience in supporting SIGINT mission systems
• 10 years' experience with a deep understanding of how to plan and execute a communications Schoolhouse to include advertising, scheduling, registration, preparation and presentation of briefing materials, and post-event student surveys.
