Insight Global is hiring a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team supporting a newly awarded DoD Program in Martinsburg West Virginia. The selected candidate will support the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce platform as well as day maintenance and support. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Salesforce administration who is ready to take ownership of system enhancements, user support, and data integrity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
System Configuration & Maintenance:
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
Perform regular system audits and data clean-up to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Providing day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and providing general user support and training
Minimum job requirements include:
- Active Secret Clearance or DHS Public Trust
- 1 - 2 years of Salesforce Administration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Experience with automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Proficiency in report and dashboard creation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Not required, but preferred Experience:
-Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin or other certifications a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components is a plus.
Insight Global expects to pay 100K - 130K for this candidate. Candidates exact salary will be based on level of experience and expertise as well as clearance level.
