Who We Are
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cyber Network Analysis Technician to support the security and operational integrity of the Naval Integrated Training Environment (NITE). The successful candidate will be a key member of the cybersecurity team, responsible for performing system and network security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and compliance reporting to maintain the system's security posture and support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) process.

What You Will Do
- Performs assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identifies systems and networks that deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
- Evaluates incident response procedures and capabilities.
- Exploits system and network vulnerabilities and misconfigurations for purposes of gathering data from target or adversary automated information systems or networks and to enable operations and intelligence collection capabilities.
- Leverages computer networks to disrupt, deny, degrade, or destroy information resident in computers and computer networks, or the computers and networks themselves.
What You Must Have
- Bachelors and 2-10 years+
- Masters and 0 - 8 years+
- HighSchool and 6-14 years+
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
- Candidate must have a current or Active DoD Secret clearance (must be maintained)
- Candidate must have a CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent/higher-level certification
- Candidate must meet DoD 8570.1-M and SECNAV M-5239.2 requirements at the Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II)
- Candidate must have experience working with SIEM tools
- Candidate must have strong analytical skills for interpreting security event data
- Candidate must have effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Candidate must have eagerness to grow in cybersecurity and IT/Operational Technology (OT) security operations
- Candidate must have be willing and availability to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7/365 support team
