Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, Master's degree preferred

Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification

Position Summary

Lead Agile program management for IRS Criminal Investigation's CI-2 Electronic Crimes Environment (ECE), supporting federal law enforcement digital forensics operations. Manage DevOps, SecOps, and O&M teams in maintaining and enhancing critical investigative infrastructure supporting nationwide criminal investigations.

Education & Certifications Required


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field

    • Master's degree preferred



  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification

  • Active security clearance


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute Agile program management for multi-year infrastructure modernization

  • Coordinate sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and milestone tracking

  • Manage risk assessment and issue resolution for FISMA High environments

  • Oversee Nutanix, Cisco ACI, and AWS cloud integration initiatives

  • Ensure SLA compliance (98.5% uptime) and performance metrics

  • Lead quarterly planning and delivery coordination with government stakeholders


Required Experience


  • 5+ years program management experience in federal IT environments

  • 3+ years managing DevOps/SecOps teams in classified environments

  • Experience with FISMA High compliance and ATO processes

  • Demonstrated success with Agile methodologies in government contracts

  • Background in cloud migration projects (AWS, Nutanix preferred)

  • Strong experience with stakeholder management and technical communications

  • Current or previous experience with the IRS
