Dynamo Technologies LLC has an immediate need for a Security Management Specialist to support Headquarters Air Force Material Command (HQ AFMC) A/2 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

This role is seeking a Journeyman Security Management Specialist with a TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to support HQ AFMC A2 in the management and oversight of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). This role includes SCIF lifecycle management, security inspections, escort and courier duties, database administration, and classified material handling. The Security Management Specialist will also provide support for compliance reviews, SCIF security designs, and physical security assessments while maintaining communication discipline through JWICS. The position requires expertise in ICD 705, NISPOM, and related directives, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide executive-level briefings to ensure the secure operation of HQ AFMC A2’s SCIF program.

This is an on-site role on Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.

Duties/ Responsibilities

Attend meetings and prepare/present briefings, graphics, and visuals for leadership.
Prepare security paperwork, including DD Form 2875 and COMSEC inspection criteria.
Assist in access control and escort duties for VTC visitors.
Answer telephones and other administrative communications.
Conduct self-inspections, identify security discrepancies, and report incidents.
Support security inspections and assist in report preparation.
Perform courier duties within the local area.
Control program media and classified information in accordance with AFMC security guidelines.
Populate and update databases, including suspense tracking, personnel access, facility, JWICS, and SharePoint.
Perform daily SCIF opening and closing procedures and respond to after-hours SCIF alarm activations.
Manage JWICS communications, ensuring proper coordination, security, and responsiveness.
Handle, prepare, and track physical classified products entering or leaving the facility.
Support the planning, editing, development, publication, and storage of SAP and TS/SCI products.
Provide administrative and event support for meetings hosted or attended by the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO).
Maintain and update schedules and calendars across multi-level security systems.
Perform classification reviews of JWICS IT documentation using SCGs to ensure proper derivative classification.
Support SCIF management, including design, accreditation, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
Review customer processes for policy compliance and assist with SCIF-related documentation (Concept Validation Requests, Fixed Facility Checklists, Construction Security Plans, TEMPEST forms, co-utilization requests).
Provide SCIF security system integration, design, and lifecycle support.
Identify vulnerabilities, implement preventive measures, and oversee quality management systems.
Conduct physical security inspections, recommend corrective actions, and document findings.
Maintain SCIF resource databases, including receipt, storage, inventory, and disposition.
Conduct executive-level briefings on SCIF program and security posture.
Required Skills/Abilities

Experience with SCIF accreditation governance IAW 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and ICD 705 series.
Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 and CNSS Instruction 1253.
Strong knowledge of SCIF lifecycle management, physical security, and classified material handling.
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
U.S. citizenship required.
Nice to Have Skills

Experience supporting HQ AFMC A2 or other IC security programs.
Hands-on experience in SCIF design, inspection, and decommissioning.
Familiarity with JWICS communications, SAP security, and multi-level security systems.
DoDM 8140/8570 certification or other security-related credentials highly desirable.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (in security management, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, or a related field preferred) and three years experience...
Or Six years of relevant experience
Travel Requirement:

Occasionally.
