Duties
As a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0346-09, you will plan and coordinate all matters pertaining to new and displaced equipment fielding, equipment readiness, and provide guidance and miscellaneous logistic/training fielding support to the Major Commands and subordinate elements; oversee, coordinate and administer the logistic/training functions by developing and issuing policy guidance on new/displaced equipment fielding matters including receipt, storage, deprocessing, issue, and property accountability; monitor the status of deprocessing of new equipment being fielded; coordinate maintenance support by external organizations for deprocessing. Coordinate internal maintenance support for deprocessing; develop budget estimates for New/Displaced Equipment Fielding and Training; be responsible as the Sub-Program Manager for monitoring and maintaining the NET/DET budget

Military Grades: Enlisted (E4 to E8), Warrant (WO1 to CW4), and Officer (2LT to CPT)
Minimum Requirements: Experience, education or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training involving detailed knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support (i.e., supply, maintenance, quality assurance, facilities). Experience integrating actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to meet program goals. Experience interpreting and applying regulations, laws or practices. Experience planning and organizing work assignments. Experience in using GCSS-Army and other supply systems of record to manage property books, inventories, and turn-ins.
Education
