Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Capabilities

• Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
• Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
• Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
• Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
• Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
• Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
• Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, plus 10 years of professional experience in Network Engineering support and training.
• OR Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field, plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• OR No degree, but 16 years of relevant Network Engineering experience, including a recognized industry certification such as: Juniper Certification Tracks (e.g., Automation & DevOps, Cloud, Data Center, Design, Enterprise Routing & Switching, Junos Security, Service Provider Routing & Switching), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Arista Configuration Essentials
• Must hold an Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification.

Desired Technical Skills

• Experience in with IC/mission-critical environments
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
• Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
• A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure

$72.67 - $114.70 an hour

Pay Range: $ 72.67 - $ 114.70 per hour*

Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
