Description
Job Title: Data Engineer, AI/ML Applications
Position Type: Full-Time W2, Direct Hire
Pay: $62,000.00 to $141,000.00
Location : On-Site, Must be in one of the following locations: Washington D.C., St. Louis MO, Denver, CO, or Colorado Springs, CO.
Years of Experience Required: 2
Overview
Emerging capabilities in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and autonomous systems demand robust data engineering-especially when integrating complex, diverse data into mission-driven applications. As a data engineer, you understand that clean, connected, and accessible data is the foundation of everything from LLM-powered interfaces to real-time operational insights. We need a data professional like you to help design and build the pipelines, services, and backend infrastructure that power advanced analytics and AI for our clients across defense and intelligence missions.
As a data engineer on our team, you'll use your experience with databases, data pipelines, and scalable application integration to shape how mission applications consume and act on data. You'll build robust infrastructure to support both legacy and bleeding-edge data sources, enabling AI/ML model deployment, geospatial visualization, and multi-modal applications. From connecting operational systems with vector databases to embedding LLMs into field-deployable tools, you'll work on some of the most dynamic and impactful projects in the industry.
Here, you'll collaborate with developers, scientists, and analysts in a fast-paced, agile environment. You'll refine your skills in API development, data platform integration, and deployment across secure environments like AWS GovCloud and containerized infrastructure.
Work with us to turn data into decision advantage.
Join us. The world can't wait.
