Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade applications using modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go, Scala, or Java).
- Develop and support RESTful APIs and software interfaces for scalable, secure data exchange.
- Configure, implement, and optimize software systems in production environments.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and manage source control systems (Git).
- Apply expertise in Linux systems, networking, and containerization technologies (Docker, Podman).
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity best practices, secure coding standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI and machine learning solutions that align with evolving client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade applications using modern programming languages.
- 2+ years of experience building or maintaining RESTful APIs.
- 1+ years of experience configuring and implementing production software systems.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and Git source control.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, and containerization (Docker, Podman).
- Knowledge of federal cybersecurity standards, compliance, and secure coding practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of software engineering experience; OR 9+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services and emulation environments (e.g., LocalStack).
- Familiarity with secure on-prem deployments using hypervisors (e.g., ESXi).
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management (Ansible).
- Experience developing or integrating with Agentic AI solutions.
- Background integrating with SIEMs, firewalls, or endpoint protection systems.
- Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (on-prem or air-gapped).
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Relevant certifications (Security+, Linux+, DevOps).
