As the AIM-9X Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead, you will provide operational and integration support to a vital Department of Defense (DOD) program. This position requires oversight of the daily activities of the logistics team, regular partnering with functional leadership to promote technical and career development and cost and schedule responsibility for multiple delivery orders. To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to multi-task in a high energy, competitive environment. You will interface daily with various levels of management and engineering personnel across multiple organizations, and with external customers to mitigate challenges.
This position requires the ability to provide oversight and technical input to individuals who are charged with the development and sustainment of Army, Navy, and Air Force Technical Manuals and with the development and sustainment of training in support of various programs. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of military training systems, knowledge of ILS processes, and knowledge of the Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA)/In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) requirements for the ILS documents, as well as hands-on experience with assembly, disassembly and inspection of weapons systems.
This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do:
- Support and personally undertake Integrated Logistics Support activities as part of the system modernization, including development, implementation, and hands-on analysis tasks.
- Conduct and oversee logistics support analysis activities to optimize maintenance strategies and sparing requirements.
- Lead a dedicated ILS team while personally developing key training programs and technical documentation supporting the transition from legacy systems.
- Coordinate stakeholder relationships including military personnel and industry partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics support processes while ensuring compliance with Defense regulatory requirements
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with military standards for Technical Manuals ( MIL-STD-3001, MIL-STD-38784 ..)
- Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required , as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
