Dedicated to serving those who defend the US and warfighters, Nisga'a MOSTT offers Military Operations support and Specialized Tactical Training (MOSTT). Nisga'a MOSTT's services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support.
Summary:
The Information Technology Management Administrator will provide critical IT and simulation technology support to the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Special Operations Center for Medical Integration & Development (SOCMID). This role ensures seamless integration of technology into medical training environments, including support for high-fidelity simulators, learning management systems, and audio/visual platforms. The Administrator will coordinate with host installation IT departments, maintain simulation-related devices, and troubleshoot connectivity and system issues. This position requires a strong technical background, familiarity with military medical training protocols, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide the following support elements:
- Audio/visual (A/V) support
- Technology integration for course requirements
- Internet connection and service
- Computer connection and troubleshooting
- Server integration with facility
- Learning management system platform
- Provision training aids
- High-fidelity mannequin IT integration
- Maintain software-based training equipment to include phones/tablets/ultrasound probes
- Coordinate with the host installation IT department and facility to meet all IMIT needs for the program
- Any IMIT duties as assigned by the government
- May perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in A/V setup and troubleshooting for training environments
- Skilled in integrating and maintaining internet, server, and computer systems
- Knowledge of high-fidelity mannequin IT systems and simulation equipment
- Ability to operate and program simulators, part-task trainers, and VR platforms
- Ability to work with host installation IT departments to meet program needs
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across SOCMID, UAB, and command stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- OPSEC training
- Must have a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator or Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist. TCCC through NAEMT or DHA - JTS.
