Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking multiple TS/SCI CI Poly Cleared, mission-driven RF Technician to support the development, testing, and maintenance of advanced radio frequency systems used in national defense and intelligence operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in RF technologies and a commitment to supporting secure, high-impact projects.
Selected candidates will:
Provide advanced assembly, testing, and troubleshoot RF components including antennas, filters, amplifiers, and transceivers used in secure communications and surveillance systems.
Conduct RF signal analysis using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
Support integration and field deployment of RF systems in tactical and strategic environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine system performance and ensure compliance with military and intelligence specifications.
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, test results, and maintenance logs.
Adhere to strict security protocols and operational procedures in classified environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance.
- Bachelors and 4 years of experience or an Associate degree and 6 years of experience in Electronics, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- Senior, hands-on experience with RF systems in defense, aerospace, or intelligence applications.
- Proficiency with RF test equipment and diagnostic tools such as spectrum analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc
- Strong understanding of RF propagation, shielding, and interference mitigation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting SIGINT, ELINT, or COMINT systems.
Familiarity with secure communications protocols and encryption technologies.
FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) or equivalent.
Prior experience working in SCIF environments or on classified programs.
